Player Two is looking for an influencer relations specialist!

Applications for this role are now closed! Thanks to everyone who applied – you can expect to hear from us soon!

If you love indie games and know your way around the content creator space, we’ve got some great news for you:

We’re looking for an influencer relations specialist!

In this role, you’ll be focusing on developing relationships with gaming content creators and working closely with our team, devs, and agencies. While this is not an entry-level role, we’re open to junior or mid-level candidates.

Sooo… what would the role involve?

  • Liaising with content creators about the games we represent, for both Player Two PR clients and the titles under our indie label, Mooncat Games.

  • Leading content creator outreach for both organic and sponsored campaigns.

  • Monitoring streams and content, preparing analytics reports for each campaign.

  • Working alongside our team to collaborate on strategy for the games you work on.

  • Growing and maintaining relationships with content creators.

  • Setting up and looking after the occasional developer stream.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in a similar role in games: if you have direct experience in indie games communications or you’re a long-time content creator with a background in marketing, you could be a great fit!

  • Someone well-versed in and knowledgeable about content creators, their communities, and the platforms they operate on. If you consistently keep up with content creators around indie games, that's a huge plus!

  • Excellent command of English and a strong attention to detail.

  • Someone with a passion for indie games who wants to promote them to a wider audience.

  • Soft skills: the role involves working with studios with different set ups, and people/companies with diverse cultures.

  • A self-organised person with project management skills: we work remotely for different clients at once, so being able to keep track of different tasks is essential.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Living in the European time zones.

  • Fluency in any foreign language.

  • An existing contacts book.

  • Content creation experience.

  • Any extra skill you’d like to bring to the table! The role is flexible outside of core responsibilities, so there’s scope to make it yours and work on things you’re passionate about.

Some important points:

  • This role is fully remote, and this won’t ever change! We’ve been without an office since 2016, so we won’t ask you to “go back to the office”. Ever. But travelling once or twice a year for events is a possibility!

  • While we’re an international team, we’re a small company headquartered in the EU and this position might not be suitable for candidates based in the US as we’re unable to match US salaries or offer healthcare insurance.

  • If you are based outside of Sweden, you would need to be able to invoice us monthly (although we offer the same benefits regardless of where you are).

  • Speaking of perks: you can expect the usual from us, including sick pay, 25 paid holiday days, and career development support, but also flexible working arrangements and a 4.5 day week.

  • We very strongly encourage people of marginalised backgrounds to apply!

Interested? Send us an email telling us about your favourite game and why you want to join us, and a CV/resume to jobs@playertwopr.com

The deadline for applications is 10am CEST on Monday 22nd April.
